• Lab Orders: If your testing requires a lab order, please ensure you have the necessary paperwork from your healthcare provider prior to your appointment. You can email or fax it to us ahead of time to ensure a smooth process.
• Fasting: If your test requires fasting, please follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider or us. For most fasting tests, you may need to fast for 8-12 hours before your appointment, drinking only water.
• Hydration: It’s helpful to stay hydrated before your appointment, especially if you're having a blood draw. Drinking water can make the process smoother.
• Prepare for Collection: If you are providing a specialty kit, make sure all materials are ready and available for collection at the time of the appointment.

• Arrival: Our certified phlebotomist will arrive at your location at the scheduled time. Please have your ID and any required paperwork, including lab orders, readily available.
• Collection Process: During the collection, you will be made comfortable while we carefully handle your blood draw or specimen collection. If you're providing a specialty kit, we’ll follow the necessary guidelines for proper sample collection.
• Questions: Feel free to ask any questions or express concerns about the process during your appointment. Our team is here to ensure you feel at ease.

• Lab Results: Your lab results will be reported directly to the ordering provider or, if applicable, through the patient portal of the lab you selected. You will be notified of how to access your results based on the lab's process and your chosen provider.
• Follow-Up: If any follow-up action is needed after the test results are received, we’ll provide clear instructions and support.
• Test-Specific Instructions: For some tests, like drug or alcohol tests, you may need to refrain from certain activities prior to or after your appointment. We’ll provide all relevant instructions before and after your visit.

• Mileage Fees: Please remember that mileage will be added to all collections at a rate of $0.70 per mile.
